- First of all, go to your local BISP office with all your necessary documents.
- As soon as you enter the office, you have to go to the registration desk.
- After going to the registration desk, you have to provide your ID card to the representatives there.
- After which, the staff at the registration desk will issue you a token to complete the survey.
- After you get the token, you have to wait for your turn.
- According to the token number, you have to go to the registration room to complete the survey.
- The data entry operator in the registration room will ask you various questions related to socio-economic conditions.

- After completing the questions, your fingerprints will be taken by the data entry operator for verification.
