In a video message released by Naveed Akbar, Director General of the Benazir Income Support Program, instructions have been issued to the eligible women within the Kafalat program to complete the survey before September 30. BISP Director General said that if such women who are receiving financial assistance from 2021 till now and if those women do not complete their survey first before September 30, they will be permanently disqualified from the Kafalat program.

Just as they completed their survey for the first time to be a part of the sponsorship program, they can still go to their nearest BISP office and complete their survey. But remember, to complete the survey, such women must have an ID card and registered mobile number.
