CM Punjab Solar Panel Scheme
Recently, Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif started an initiative called the Punjab Solar Panel Scheme, also known as the Roshan Gharana Program, to adopt solar energy across the province. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to avail themselves of the free solar panel scheme: It should be noted that only applicants who meet these eligibility criteria will be able to benefit from the Solar System Scheme.
- The applicant must be a Pakistani citizen.
- The applicant should belong to Punjab province.
- The applicant’s monthly income should be less than Rs. 60,000.
- The applicant should not be a government servant.
- The applicant’s home should not already have a solar system installed.
- The applicant must possess a computerized Pakistani identity card.
- The applicant must have their own house for the installation of solar systems.
- If an applicant does not have his own house for the installation of a solar system and is living in a rented house, then he has to get permission from the landlord for the installation of a solar system.
