- The applicant must be a resident of Punjab province.
- The applicant must have a Pakistani identity card.
- The applicant must have a registered mobile number.
- The registered mobile number held by the applicant should be registered and active in his own name.
- The applicant farmer should have at least five animals, including buffalo or cow.

- The loan amount can be used to purchase winda silage and mineral mixture.
- About 60,000 cattle rearing men and women from across Punjab will benefit from this card.
