On the special instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the registration of Khelta Punjab Games has been formally started by the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports Punjab. Under this initiative, 12 international sports fields will be organized at the tehsil, district, and division levels to promote sports and find new talented athletes throughout Punjab. These include athletics, cricket, basketball, football, kabaddi, wrestling, taekwondo, table tennis, badminton, hockey, volleyball, and archery.

Terms And Conditions For Completing Registration
If you also want to participate in any sport under this initiative launched by the Punjab govt, then you have to fulfill the Terms And Conditions given below to complete the registration. Remember, these Terms And Conditions have been set by the Punjab Govt; without fulfilling these Terms And Conditions , you cannot complete your registration.
- To complete the registration, the player must belong to the province of Punjab.
- The registration process must be completed before 27 September 2024.
- Only players below 22 years of age can participate in these games. There is no age limit set for cricket only.
- Departmental players are not eligible for these games, but HEC players will be allowed to participate in them.
- Players above the age of 18 must have an ID card.
- Players under the age of 18 must have a family registration certificate.
- Players will be allowed to play in their district only as per ID card or FRC form.
- Players holding a family registration certificate must provide a copy of their parent’s ID card for verification.
- Registration of players providing false and incomplete information will be rejected immediately.
- If any player’s personal information is incorrect in a team event, the entire team will be disqualified.
- All players must be residents of the respective district or division to participate in district- or division-level competitions.
- Remember that Sports Department Punjab reserves the right to accept or reject the registration of any player or team.
- Also, no TADA will be given at entry level.
- Registration will be done for two types of sports:
- Individual sports
- Team sports (in case of a team, the full team will be entered).
Khelta Punjab Games 2024 Registration Process
If we talk about the procedure of completing the registration, a special portal has been introduced to complete the registration at home for the convenience of the candidates. Aspiring players who want to participate in any game can visit this portal and submit their application online. The application procedure is as follows:
- First, open the official web portal established by the Punjab Government from the given link.
- As soon as the web portal opens, a registration form will appear on your screen.
- First select Participation Level within the registration form.
- After selecting Participation Level, select Gender
- After selecting your gender, select the game type, which will indicate whether you want to participate in the game individually or as a full team.
- After that, you have to choose the game in which you want to participate.
- After that, you have to select your division, district, and tehsil.
- After selecting all these things, in the last step you have to enter all your necessary information, which includes your name, father’s name, gender, date of birth, etc.
- After entering all the things correctly, you have to press the submit button at the bottom of the page, and your registration will be completed.
Offline Application Procedure
